Manuals include control program-recording algorithm for turning and milling machines with CNC. You can find peculiarities of working with one or another control system in details, principles of machine control and work with tools, and application examples.

Software

win ncLicensed software package is supplied for working in a classroom. All programs are written in Russian language.

  • WinNC

This is a configured software simulating CNC of production machine. WinNC can be installed both at training machine and student’s/professor’s working place with computer. Software has a network license for 10 and more working places.

You can choose software for programming only in one CNC system, for example Fanuc 0 or Sinumerik 810D / 840D, or order programs package for work with several CNC systems.

WinNC Sinumerik Operate allows to provide training with production systems of dialog programming ShopMill and ShopTurn.

  • Win3D-View

Win3D-View is used for 3D simulation of turning and milling operations. Tools, workpiece and clamping devices are shown in three-dimensional space. Visualization of part machining takes place in real time mode.

Win3D-View program allows not only to see all working strokes but also to control them in order to avoid interference of tools with clamping devices and workpiece.
When there is a danger of interfering an alarm message appears in the display showing the error address.

Like WinNC program Win3D-View has network license for 10 and more working places.

sinumeric

  • WinCAM

WinCAM module is a training CAD/CAM system for preparation of control programs. WinCAM allows to receive 3D graphic simulation of the machining. Control programs creation takes place in dialogue mode with using of standard machining cycles. Machining is possible without special knowledge in CNC programs writing with using of G-codes which is a big advantage for beginners.

  • NetOp School

win view

This program is used for interactive dialogue of professor with students within training network. The program has several functions allowing professor to provide training without leaving the working place.

For high schools

To promote machine building industry as possible future carrier and technical professions in general among high school students, effective laboratory facilities are required, so you could illustrate laws of mathematics, physics, motion in entertaining form and show how these subjects are put into practice.
Arinstein Company (Germany) has created a new training product, which allows to develop basic skills in writing CNC programs for modern lathes and milling machines and reveals a fascinating world of engineering.

Arinstein machines allow:

• to learn how the following basic units of turning and milling machines operate: a CNC system, a standard spindle unit, linear guideways, step motors, feed drives and ball screws;
• to study applications of turning and milling machines;
• to show capabilities of turning and milling machines;
• to see examples of machine control from PC;
• to learn ISO-programming;
• to master PC application methods to control machines and units operation.

 

MiniTURN 45
Arinstein MiniTurn 45 CNC Turning machine is a PC-controlled 2-axis table-top turning machine. Its design and performance conform to industrial standards. The machine is used for turning operation of workpieces such as flanges, shafts, complex surfaces, i.e. ball studs, and for internal drilling. Workpiece is clamped in a three-jaw chuck.

MiniMILL 45
Arinstein MiniMill 45 CNC Milling machine is a PC-controlled 3-axis milling machine. Its design and performance conform to industrial standards. The machine is used for milling and drilling operations. Workpiece is clamped with four M4 bolts.

CNC simulators

Working places for professors and students include the following:  computer with input devices, simulator of machine control panel with the possibility of panel changing, exchangeable control panels, monitor for visualization of training process of programming and machining.

Board-control simulates the machine control console and has exchangeable panels for different CNC systems: Siemens Sinumerik 810D/840D, Sinumerik Operate, Fanuc 0 and 21, Heidenhain TNC 426/430, Fagor 8055. Simulator is connected to system unit of the working place and is used for data input during programming and machine control.

The panels can be changed very quickly – you need just to unscrew them.  Then you need to choose another CNC system by the help of special software WinNC. As a result you have a unique opportunity to study programming in mentioned above CNC systems at the same working place. Besides control console you can use keyboard and mouse for data input during the training process.

Working places for professors and students are combined into one computer network. Network commutator/switch allows working team to connect easily to Ethernet and Fast Ethernet. If it is necessary a set with commutator includes cables for connection of all working places and cable channels for wire laying.
