When we develop projects at all levels, we provide the following services for the supplied machinery:
- installation supervision;
- putting machinery into operation;
- operation training of the customer’s personnel.
Unimatic’s highly experienced engineers engage on the daily basis in the technical support of the existing projects. For that purpose we opened a department working with our regular customers in 2008. This allows to provide more effectively:
- service warranty and post-warranty maintenance;
- support during operation life;
- prompt delivery of spare parts.
In case the customer has questions regarding the supplied machines, our service center studies and analyzes every request, determines possible reasons of failures and makes decisions. Within a short time our service team gets to the site and solves the customer’s issue. We try to come the next day after receiving a request for urgent repair even to our most remote customers.
